Refund requests may be considered when: (a) services materially differ from agreed specifications, (b) project deadlines are exceeded by more than 30 days without mutual agreement, or (c) deliverables contain significant technical defects that cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe.

3. REFUND CALCULATION

Refunds are calculated based on: (a) percentage of project completed, (b) hours invested in the project, and (c) any third-party costs incurred. Non-refundable elements include: initial consultation fees, domain registrations, and third-party software licenses.

4. REQUEST PROCESS

To request a refund, contact [email protected] with: (a) project reference number, (b) detailed description of the issue, (c) supporting documentation. Requests are reviewed within 5 business days.

5. TIMELINE

Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. PremiumStrategyStudio reserves the right to offer project credits as an alternative to monetary refunds.

6. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing and using the services of PremiumStrategyStudio, located at C. Zopinpa 1, Barakaldo, Bizkaia, Espana, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. SERVICES

PremiumStrategyStudio provides digital transformation services including but not limited to: web development, UI/UX design, analytics implementation, cloud infrastructure, and digital marketing. Service specifications are defined in individual project agreements.

3. CLIENT OBLIGATIONS

Clients must: (a) provide accurate and complete information, (b) respond to requests within agreed timelines, (c) make payments according to agreed schedules, (d) obtain necessary third-party approvals and licenses.

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Upon full payment, clients receive full ownership of deliverables. PremiumStrategyStudio retains the right to display completed work in portfolios and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed. Pre-existing tools and frameworks remain the property of PremiumStrategyStudio.

5. CONFIDENTIALITY

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the project. This obligation survives termination of the agreement for a period of 2 years.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

PremiumStrategyStudio's total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid for the specific project giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. TERMINATION

Either party may terminate with 14 days written notice. Upon termination, client pays for all work completed to date. PremiumStrategyStudio will deliver all completed work upon receipt of final payment.

8. GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bizkaia, Spain. PremiumStrategyStudio, C. Zopinpa 1, Barakaldo, Bizkaia, Espana.
